For a stay of over 8 nights free cleaning services are offered. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
A damage deposit of RON 1000 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please be aware that it is absolutely necessary to contact the owner of the Constanta Residence Apartments 5-8 days before arrival for further contact details and the arrangement of keys pick-up. A valid ID or passport is required upon check-in.

Transfer from Constanta - Kogalniceanu Airport or from Bucharest Airport is subject to a charge. Transfer from the railway station or any other point from the city to the apartments is free.
