This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Upon arrival in Valencia, all guests must go to the apartment offices, situated in the same building, where check in and delivery of keys can be completed. The property's staff will then direct guests to their apartment. The office opening hours are from 10.00 to 20.00, Monday to Saturday. Guests having to check in after 20.00 must inform the property directly.
