This eco-touristic lodge is located in Tortuguero in the northern Caribbean of Costa Rica. The area has rivers, lakes and wetlands that shelter a lush jungle of primary forests and exotic plants. The lodge is built on a narrow strip of land, 650 feet wide, between Tortuguero’s main lagoon and the Caribbean Sea. Tortuguero is located 3 hours and 30 minutes away from San José city. First, you take ground transportation up to La Pavona, the port of embarkation, and later a boat that takes you to Tortuguero, navigating first through La Suerte river and then through Penitence Lagoon. The last departure of public and private boat services is around 16:00 from La Pavona, if you need our boat service please contact us 3 days before your arrival. Check In time is between 12:00 and 20:00. No registration is allowed after hours. Our Full Board rates include transportation from the city of San José with a specific schedule, please contact us for more information and coordinate services.WiFi is available in public areas and is free of charge.
